Here are some basic rules of spa etiquette to help you know what to expect when you visit our spa:
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in, fill out necessary paperwork, change into your robe and relax in our lounge before your treatment. It’s better to arrive a little early and relax than to get here late and miss part of your treatment.
SPA ATTIRE: A luxurious robe and slippers will be provided upon your arrival at the spa. Please disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but may be worn during the treatment. All staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are always used to ensure your privacy and comfort. A secure locker will be provided for your things. Waxing appointments do not require a change of clothes.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT: To ensure a quiet and relaxing environment, please turn off all cell phones so as not to disturb yours or other guests spa time. Always try to use a quiet “spa voice” when you talk anywhere in the spa.
SHAVING & HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS: Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatment or hair removal services. Please inform the spa staff if you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy, sunburn or special needs prior to your treatment.
CANCELLATIONS: As a courtesy to the staff and other guests, please provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
GRATUITIES: In most spas, a 15% to 20% tip is typical. If you were given a gift certificate, ask if the gratuity was included.
CHILDREN: The spa’s mission is to provide a relaxing and quiet environment for our guests. Please do not leave children unattended in any area of the spa.
SERVICES: De-Stress, Detox, Rejuvenate and Relax!! Whether it is a massage, facial, scrub, package or gift card, our spa menu has something for everyone!
