I had a very good experience with Andrea for BBL photo therapy for rosacea. Andrea was so lovely and nice - she made me feel at east & was really the best! She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and talked me through the treatment itself. She did 2 passes - one for overall wrinkles/tone/rejuvenation & one specifically for redness. She also did my neck/chest. It was much, much less painful than I expected (YT videos say it feels like a hot rubber band, but it wasn't too bad for me), and Andrea was great about telling me where she was going with the device and warning me each time. My skin also did not look horrible after - not too red or swollen (and she even said my skin was more flushed than usual, which we expected due to my rosacea/flushing). I'm looking forward to seeing the final result in a week or 2.
