I was in a head-on collision several years ago and have recurring issues with my neck and back. Tried a chiropractor numerous times and wasn't getting any relief. Decided to try a deep tissue massage and it really helped, I could tell almost immediately. I've had massages a couple other places and Tara was simply amazing!! I can't recommend this place highly enough, especially Tara...WOW!

I highly recommend Auburn Med Spa for their services, especially group services! Although I messed up the online scheduling, they were amazing at being able to squeeze in 3 of us for a package! Joe the massage therapist has a gift, we all felt so great after. The facials were very relaxing and my skin feels renewed. Every single person we encountered at our spa day was genuinely so nice and caring. We will happily be back as often as we can for individual or group visits!!
